As a Monday.com Certified expert, Gillian helps clients streamline workflows and optimize team productivity. She is well-versed in high-level HR functions, including workforce & succession planning, compensation strategy and philosophy, salary benchmarking, DE&I initiatives, and HR technology implementation, all while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Her mission is to redefine the perception of Human Resources through each interaction she has with the teams she supports.

She specializes in building out tailored trainings, designing dynamic Notion workspaces that enhance both personal and professional growth, and guiding businesses through retirement plan setup. Passionate about Human Design, Jenn leverages its potential to uncover individual strengths and improve team dynamics, helping organizations and individuals thrive.
